What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

When you order from Complete, Inc, we ship most of our orders via UPS or USPS. FedEx is used as a secondary shipper or upon request.

Shipping options include the following:
  • Ground
  • 2nd Day
  • 3-Day Select
  • Next-Day Air
  • Worldwide Express
  • Other options are available
If an order exceeds the shipper's weight limit of 150 lbs. or exceeds the shipper's size limit, your order will be shipped by a freight company. In this case, our customer service representative will contact you and provide you with the best possible quote on shipping and handling costs.

What Is the Shipping Location of My Order?

Most orders will ship from our distribution center in Chicago, Illinois. In the event a product is unavailable at this location, or if we determine it will save you time and money, we may opt to ship your order from another location. If your complete order is unable to ship efficiently from a single location, we may ship your order from multiple locations.

How Should I Ship Returned Merchandise?

For your security, please ship all returned merchandise through an insured carrier like UPS or FedEx. Complete, Inc. will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
